SHIPPING:
- Shipping options: Worldwide shipping is available through UPS or FedEx. In Canada, domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post or Canpar.
- Shipping method: Ground Service is used for all orders, which typically takes 5-7 days for delivery.
- Expedited shipping: Customers can request faster shipping by contacting customer service.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Tracking: Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
- Signature requirement: All packages require a signature upon delivery.
- Shipping costs: Flat rate shipping charges apply - $15 for orders within Canada and the United States, $30 for the rest of the world, and $60 for shipping to Russia.
RETURN DETAILS:
- Returns: Only returns for store credit are accepted; no refunds are provided. The merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Altered merchandise is considered a final sale.
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date, and the store credit is valid for 365 days.
- Final sale items: Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Approval required: Prior approval is necessary for returns; merchandise returned without approval will not be accepted.
- Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping and customs charges associated with the return. Conifère is not liable for any loss or damage to the returned goods during transit from the customer.
- How to request a return: Customers should contact info@conifere.com to arrange a return. The store will provide instructions for the return process. Returns without prior written communication and agreement will not be accepted.
WARRANTY:
- Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing or material defects in Conifère Outerwear. It applies to original, unaltered, and unmodified materials. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, natural wear & tear, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered.
- Duration: The Conifère Warranty lasts for one year from the date of purchase.
- Resolution: The Conifère Warranty Department will inspect the item at no charge. If the item has a defect covered under the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced. If the item is not repairable and an identical product is unavailable, a similar product in style and color may be provided.
- How to get warranty service: Customers can activate the warranty by registering on the website. They can seek resolution through the retailer where the Outerwear was purchased, as the retailer may assist. Alternatively, customers can contact Conifère's Customer Service via phone or email for assistance. The Customer Service hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
